Teaching Partner Vacancies at the St. James’ site.

St. James’ and Ebrington CofE Primary School, part of the NCSF Trust, is seeking to appoint 2 Teaching Partners who will motivate, support and challenge pupils to reach their full potential. This position will be based at the St. James' site in Chipping Campden.
We are looking for excellent Teaching Partners who:
Have the desire, skills, and knowledge to support children so all children can flourish
Have high expectations of pupils’ attainment, progress and behaviour
Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/ Teaching Partner
Is knowledgeable about scaffolding and interventions to support pupils
Understands how to support children with SEND needs including children with an EHCP requiring additional/individual support
Is an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The posts are both part-time, fixed-term positions.
Job 1: 6 hours per week: 9am – 12pm on Tuesday and Friday.
Job 2: 12 hours per week: 9am – 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
The salaries will be pro rata'd and be in the range of £6,400.56 - £7,231.08 for 12 hrs (depending on experience) and £3,200.28 - £3,615.54 for 6 hrs (depending on experience).
Hours may be amended or cease if the child that they are employed to support leaves the school .
